Drones

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This is an introductory drone course that prepares completers to test for a FAA Part 107 Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) certification.  This non-credit course is taught completely online. The Ground School portion is online and lasts four weeks.  Optional student "pilot" training will occur on the last two Saturdays of the course. The cost of this course is $200.

The drone course is non-credit. Therefore, this is not a financial aid (FAFSA) eligible program. Students must pay tuition upon registration unless notified otherwise. All noncredit course tuition and fees are assessed by each class. Tuition, fees, and other charges relating to noncredit classes are not refundable unless the training course is canceled by the College. If the College cancels a class, then 100% of all College-assessed tuition and fees paid will be refunded for the canceled class.
