The Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA), includes disclosure and reporting requirements. The following disclosures provide prospective students, current students, and community members with information about Fletcher Technical Community College.

The Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act of 2000 (CSCPA), signed into law October 28, 2000, amends the Jacob Wetterling Crimes Against Children and Sexually Violent Offender Registration Act, and the Clery Act. Any person required to register under a state sex offender registration program must notify the state regarding whether he/she is enrolled or works at an institution of higher education; identify each institution of higher education in that State at which the person is employed, carries on a vocation, or is a student; and alert the state of any change in enrollment or employment status.
