Pell Grant
The Federal Pell Grant is considered gift-aid that does not have to be repaid. The amount the student receives depends on their financial need, cost of attendance (COA), and enrollment status. A student must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine their eligibility. The Pell Grant award takes in to consideration the student’s Expected Family Contribution (EFC) or the Student Aid Index (SAI).
