FLETCHER FOUNDATION RECEIVES $25,000 SCHOLARSHIP ENDOWMENT
(Schriever, LA) – The Fletcher Technical Community College Foundation received a $25,000 scholarship endowment from Contractors Educational Trust Fund. The Contractors Educational Trust Fund has been committed to supporting public higher education since its establishment in 1991. The mission of the fund, established by the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors, is to promote programs used for contractor educational purposes at Louisiana universities.
“We would like to thank the Contractors Educational Trust fund for their generous donation to Fletcher,” said Fletcher Chancellor Dr. Kristine Strickland. “They have been a long-standing supporter of our students. We are thrilled to be able to use these funds to apply for additional scholarship dollars through a match from the Board of Regents Endowed Scholarship Fund.”
