Schriever, La. - Fletcher Technical Community College will welcome students for the Fall 2026 semester when its first 8-week session begins Monday, August 10.
Fletcher offers associate degrees, technical diplomas, industry-based credentials, workforce training and transfer opportunities designed to prepare students for in-demand careers or continued education. With campuses in Schriever, Thibodaux and Houma, Fletcher continues to expand educational opportunities to meet the growing workforce needs of the region.
Students still have time to apply, register for classes and begin working toward a degree, technical diploma, industry-based credential or workforce training opportunity this fall.
Fletcher’s 8-week sessions allow students to complete courses in a more focused timeframe while continuing to make progress toward their academic and career goals. The College offers programs in areas including healthcare, skilled trades, manufacturing, transportation, business, technology and the arts and sciences.
Prospective students are encouraged to enroll before the first 8-week Fall session begins Monday, August 10. Those unable to begin in August may enroll in Fletcher's second 8-week Fall session, which begins Tuesday, October 13. Financial aid is available for those who qualify, and students are encouraged to complete the FAFSA as soon as possible.
