SCHRIEVER, LA – Fletcher Technical Community College has received the BankMobile Achieve Campus Efficiency (ACE) award for the second year in a row. The ACE award recognizes BankMobile partner institutions who:
- Achieve Campus Efficiency by disbursing at least 90% of all refunds electronically.
- Promote the refund disbursement program and process so that at least 40% of all students, regardless of financial aid eligibility, complete the refund selection process.
“We are thankful to BankMobile for this recognition,” commented Dr. Mark McLean, Vice Chancellor for Finance & Administration. “Thank you also to Fletcher’s enrollment and business service teams for continuing to provide excellent customer service while guiding students in their use of BankMobile as an effective and efficient method to process refunds.”
From January 1, 2019 – November 1, 2019, Fletcher processed 3,978 disbursements through BankMobile, and 94% of those disbursements were made electronically.
