Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society

Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society

The mission of Phi Theta Kappa is to recognize academic achievement of college students and to provide opportunities for them to grow as scholars and leaders.

Phi Theta Kappa is an international honor society for two-year college students. Fletcher’s Beta Tau Rho Chapter of PTK welcomes you to membership once you maintain a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA with a minimum of 12 credit hours of courses taken. Acceptance of membership opens up many opportunities for you here at Fletcher and beyond.

There are many exciting benefits to being a member of PTK, including scholarship, transfer, and networking opportunities, involvement in school functions, and membership is great to have if you ever apply to a four-year college or for resumes for future careers. Graduation at Fletcher as a PTK member is also extremely rewarding, as you will be recognized as a member at the graduation ceremony, receive a PTK seal on your diploma, and have the option to wear the PTK tassel and stole.

There is a one-time membership fee of $68; however, once you accept membership, you will reap the benefits of a lifetime membership to PTK.

Phi Theta Kappa membership is an honor and an expression of pride in your academic accomplishments. Membership is an opportunity for you to showcase your trek through a fulfilling college career as a hardworking, dedicated, and motivated college student.
