With all of the hacking attempts in our lives today, LCTCS has implemented additional login protection for Banner called multi-factor authentication. They have chosen Duo by Cisco’s service, and have applied MFA to all staff and faculty links in Banner.
If you experience any issues with DUO please submit a helpdesk ticket.
Fletcher is transitioning from OnSolve to our new emergency notification system, Regroup.
Additional configuration work is still underway. Once the transition is complete, we will send detailed instructions on how to access your Regroup account, review your contact information, manage your notification preferences, and take advantage of the new features available.
At this time, no action is required on your part. We will provide additional updates and login instructions as soon as the implementation is complete.
Regroup is an emergency notification system used by Fletcher Technical Community College to inform students, faculty and staff of an emergency situation via email, cellular text or telephone. It may also used as a method of communication during hurricane evacuations and college alerts.

Standardized Email Signatures
Fletcher has deployed new standard email signatures for employees and some customizable options. All faculty, staff, and certain generic email accounts will have these signatures. All outgoing emails sent from your Fletcher email account will automatically include a standardized signature that aligns with our branding guidelines.
The default signature will include your name, title, “Fletcher Technical Community College”, your phone number, and the fletcher.edu address, as well as the Fletcher logo. There are some customizations available for you to add on to your signature. All users will have a couple of signature designs to choose from with different logos, statements, etc. Certain users will also see signatures created for their department with their logos available to them. This also goes for the Cultural Value badges. If you’re eligible for a cultural value badge on your email, it should show in your options.
The customizable options are:
- ConexED Username
- Default Signature
- Reply on All Emails
- Additional Phone number
- Office Number
- Campus/Address
- Credentials
To add customizable fields to your email signature, click here.
How the signatures will apply to emails:
- There’s no setup required on your end. The signatures will be applied automatically, regardless of whether you send emails from Outlook, mobile devices, or webmail.
- Do Not Manually Edit: The signature is applied automatically, so there’s no need to manually adjust or add your own signature.
- We have set a new app to deploy to Outlook called CodeTwo Signatures. Once installed, it will display along the ribbon in outlook when you compose a new email. This will be used if you would like to change your signature from the default to another allowed signature option (Signatures with departmental logos, Cultural Value Badges, etc.).

If you notice any incorrect information in your email signature (such as job title, etc.) or encounter any issues, please submit a ticket so we can ensure accurate data is pulled into the signature.
