Strategic Plan

Fletcher Technical Community College is committed to a strategic planning process that engages all constituents of the College.  Fletcher’s strategic plan seeks to envision the future of the institution providing clear priorities and strategies to accomplish this vision.

The College’s plan is informed by the broader planning and public policy initiatives of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System and the Louisiana Board of Regents. 

The plan is multi-year and is assessed annually, allowing the institution to make on-going adjustments that ensure the goals are accomplished. The goals, strategies and assessment metrics are documented in the College’s Scorecard.

This overarching plan cascades through the institution through the annual planning process across all divisions and units of the College thus ensuring that all members of the College community are actively engaged in helping the institution meet its goals.

3. Innovate and diversify funding sources.

4. Enhance Fletcher’s image and brand.
