Verifythat all courses being used toward completion of the exit level are articulatedon the Fletcher transcript (with the exception of the in-progress courseslisted above).
Verifythat all grades, semesters, transfer institutions, etc., are listed on the CPS.(Transfer courses that are being applied to the exit level should be listed inthe manner shown on the Fletcher transcript.)
Verifythat all approved course substitutions are attached to the notification form orare sent to the Registrar’s office. (Approved means all required signatures andapprovals have been obtained. Forms without required signatures, will bereturned. If forms are scanned and sent via email, please keep the original inyour file.)
