New Hire

All users will be created an email address. All users will have access to Shares for access to the Safety Manual and other non-restricted folders. Only full-time employees will be added to the website. 


Which Shares folders will they need access to?

All users will have access to the mailroom. List other suites user will need access to.

Termination

Email, Shares Access, Mailbox Access, First Call, suite access, and Voicemail access will be removed by default. User will also be removed from the directory. If you need access to files, email, or voicemails, see IT for assistance as soon as possible.
