Introduction to Lean Process Improvement*

This is a two-day course for employees to learn the principles of process improvement and how to apply them in the workplace environment. Within the Lean Transformation Framework, Process Improvement involves the continuous, practical changes to improve the way your work is done.

What will be learned: Applying the fundamental model of Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDCA) cycles of learning, the following questions will be answered from this training course:

How are we improving the actual work?

Kaizen Event Training*

Training event focused on learning and applying the tools to create process improvement and maintaining a lean enterprise.

Facility Layout*

Workshop that addresses manufacturing operations experiencing capacity constraints and how to benefit from an improved plant layout. What will be learned: Participants will learn the principles of lean flow to improve plant layout.

 

Pull KanBan Systems*

Workshop that defines how Pull Kanban systems control the flow of resources in a production process.

What will be learned: Participants will learn how to reduce overall inventory, work in progress (WIP), reduce order turnaround time, increase customer satisfaction and improve cash flow.
