Fletcher is an open admission institution that allows students to enter regardless of completion of high school diploma/GED, high school and/or college grade point average, or the score earned on the placement test. However, although the college does not have specific admissions requirements, certain programs have specific requirements in order to be eligible to enroll. If you have questions specific to your program of interest, be sure to view the information presented in the Programs section of the website.
A transfer student is one who attempted and/or completed courses at ANY post-secondary institution (unless the courses where attempted/completed part of a high school dual enrollment program).
In order for an application to be admitted unconditionally, all applicable documents must be submitted by the final admissions deadline for the semester of expected enrollment. Applicants who are missing any/all of the items not listed as mandatory may be admitted provisionally pending the receipt of necessary records. However, students who have been admitted provisionally are not eligible to receive financial aid until all items have been submitted.
